Requirements:
1. 10+ years experience as a Design Director or a Chief Designer
2. Excellent in project design with creativity;
3. Experienced in design and operation in large-scale comprehensive landscape project, and fulfill the ultimate effect;
4. A recognized design talent with a portfolio of award winning designs
5. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Description:
1. Design large-scale landscape projects
2. Play a key role in the overall growth and development of the design reputation of the office
3. Help ensure successful performance of the office in general
4. Manage the presentation and report development for clients
5. Develop new directions and innovative technologies for landscape design, to expand horizons and enhance the company's design standards
