RESPIRATORY TECHNICIAN Respiratory SA is currently seeking candidates to apply for the position of Respiratory Technician. As a Technician you will be involved in conducting Lung Function Tests within a well supported and progressive unit. You will also be required to do administrative duties and general laboratory maintenance. You must have stand out communication skills, a keenness to help others and be reassuringly friendly. We require someone who is either undertaking or has completed a diploma/degree qualification. Education in science/nursing or experience within clinical care or a laboratory environment will be favourably looked upon. Initial and ongoing training will be provided and the role would suit someone career minded who is keen to develop into the challenge of managing and promoting a clinical laboratory. Required hours of 4-5 days a week. Position to start October to November 2009.
