| Rehabilitation Consultant My client is a well-established Workplace Rehabilitation Provider continually expanding its operations in workplace health management. They are at the forefront of return to work management with a desire to redefine and pioneer new ways of empowering individuals. They are now looking for a Rehab Consultant with previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation to join their experienced team of Health Professionals. This exciting role suits someone who has a strong interested in further diversifying his/her skills. Variety of Services: • Management of workplace injuries: resolve complex cases • On-site work hardening, providing a graduate rtw program • Focus on early intervention • Ergonomic, job and risk assessments • Functional capacity assessments using BTE-ER equipment • Manual handling training and back care • Consultation with specialists • Closely work with employers and provide training & workshops to prevent injuries What you need to have to be successful in this role: • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health • Previous experience within the WorkersComp arena • Outstanding rapport building and communication skills • Pro-active approach and ability to think outside the square • Strong interest in team work and ongoing professional development For a detailed job description or a highly confidential discussion please contact Anna today: 02 9693 2380 or 0401 481274.
